Jivamukti Yoga Retreat with Ruth Lauer - Manenti & Clare Nicholis
(28 September - 05 October 2019)
Our way to feel at ease with the ups and downs of life depends on how deep the foundation within ourselves is. If we avoid ourselves we will experience the flux of life with great anxiety. A meditation practice provides a way that’s actually thousands of years old, to get to know oneself and thereby navigate through the uncertainties of life wisely.
Chapter 6 in the Bhagavad Gita is the authority on meditation. Join us for a study on that chapter, the various forms of meditation- Vinyasa practice as moving meditation, walking meditation, seated meditation, Mantra meditation etc. as well as on how, why, where and when. Whether you are a beginner or a long time practitioner- all are welcome.
To come together as a group to retreat and to share and deepen our Yoga practice is fun and transformative. The combination of these two experienced teachers, the breath taking scenery of Triopetra and the love and kindness of Pavlo’s staff makes this experience magical and unique. Ruth and Céline will support you in taking your asana practice to the next level, in feeling more at ease in your meditation and pranayama practice and in deepening your knowledge of yogic philosophy. Apart from the time spent on the mat, there will be room to enjoy the beach, for hikes and exploring the beautiful island of Crete.
